Joramco Academy is an aircraft maintenance training academy that offers:
- • Internationally recognized education in aircraft maintenance engineering.
- • Internship at Joramco while studying

The Academy offers a comprehensive four-year aircraft maintenance engineering hybrid program, structured into 2 stages:
Stage One: 2 years at the Academy
- Theoretical and practical training conducted at the Academy’s workshops
Stage Two: 2 years Internship at Joramco’s hangars
- Comprehensive hands-on training at Joramco’s hangars (real-life environment)
- Opportunity for a paid internship based on skill advancement
- Progressively credited towards licensing requirements

Why Joramco Academy
At Joramco Academy, we select qualified students over 18 years old from Jordan and abroad who have successfully completed high school. Our training program emphasizes high-quality education delivered at a state-of-the-art facility at Queen Alia International Airport, offering a unique hybrid of theoretical learning and on-the-job training (OJT) for young talents from Jordan and abroad.
- Program Duration: 4 Years, consisting of:
- 2 academic years
- 2 years of practical experience with the opportunity for a paid internship in a real-life working environment at Joramco's facilities
- Graduates will obtain EASA and CARC licenses
- Guaranteed employment at Joramco upon graduation

Requirements
- Jordanian High School (Tawjihi) certificate or equivalent (all streams)
- Certificate of non-criminal record
- Completed application form
- Proficiency in English
- Passion for aviation
