  • Part two: Hands-on training at Joramco state-of-the-art hangars, as this work experience is pivotal for licensing requirements.
2. What makes this program special?

A four-year hybrid program consisting of two academic years and two years of practical experience with the opportunity for a paid internship in a real-life working environment at Joramco's facilities.

5. Is this a Bachelor program?

No, the program is a technical diploma approved by the Jordanian and European Civil Aviation Regulatory Authorities. Also - Accredited by Accreditation & Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC).

6. Are there any additional programs?

Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Maintenance in Collaboration with the University of Jordan:

  • The first of its kind in Jordan, offering a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Maintenance from the University of Jordan along with training certificates from Joramco Academy.
  • These certificates qualify graduates for the Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) license and the internationally recognized European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) license.
  • Enrollment is available through Jordan University.

FSTC EUROPE-Developed Training Program:

FSTC EUROPE is an EASA-approved Aviation Training Organization. Under this collaboration, Joramco Academy will begin offering the FSTC EUROPE-developed training programs:

  • On-the-Job Training only for Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
  • Type Rating courses for many Boeing Airbus aircraft types.
7. What are the admission requirements?
  • Certified copy of the Jordanian High School (Tawjihi) certificate or equivalent (all streams).
  • Certificate of non-criminal record.
  • Certified passport copy.
  • Certified copy of the civil status ID (of the student's father).
  • Copy of the military service book (for males).
  • 16 personal photos, white background, 4×6 cm.
  • Passing the medical examination by the Civil Aviation Regulatory Authority, examination fees (JD 145 /$ 204).
  • Submit a request at the Academy for security approvals.
  • Non-refundable application submission fee of (JD 70/ $100).

In addition, a B737 aircraft serves as a valuable training tool, providing students with a hands-on learning experience that bridges the gap between theory and practice—preparing the next generation of skilled aircraft maintenance engineers.

Joramco Academy graduates will join Joramco as Aircraft Mechanics given; they pass Joramco Employment assessment.

  • After completing the CARC or EASA license requirements and acquiring the license, the Academy graduates get promoted to the next level with an increase.
  • Overtime opportunities and benefits are provided.
  • The two years of Work Experience during their study is counted as part of the total on the job training years required for promotion (This gives JA Graduates two years advantage over other academy graduates).
